Lousie Blake grew her career to date through a reputable and large global salon franchise. Starting in the UK as an apprentice in a salon then a qualified colourist she moved to Australia and into her own Franchise of the same company. Louise has a grassroots experience of growing a hairdressing salon using the franchise model and knows very well the view of salon ownership and what it takes to grow a salon team and create profit in salon business in Australia.
